The challenge

Travel agencies were running enquiries, quotes, bookings and supplier settlement across spreadsheets, inboxes and disconnected tools, so leads slipped and reconciliation was manual.

The outcome

A premium booking experience for business travel, built around speed and a fare engine that stays honest.

The challenge

Fare data from multiple suppliers needed to be normalised and priced consistently, at a latency low enough that business travellers would not abandon the search.

The outcome

A caching and fare-normalisation layer brought search latency down substantially while keeping quoted prices accurate through to checkout.
